Cuban Tody near Viñales #birding #Cuba

In Panama after a great first tour to Cuba. With a tally higher than 170 bird species, including all the viable endemics and nearly all regional endemics, as well as unexpected finds like a small flock of Bahama Swallow, we can definitely say that this tour was a success. Most importantly, it seemed like everyone had a lot of fun!

I’m working on the trip report and will be posting tons of pictures on the Whitehawk page soon. Looking forward to being back next year!

In the picture, one of the absolute favorites of the trip: Cuban Tody.
